Au nez, pas de doute on est en Jamaïque avec ses bananes mûres et ses notes d’esters à la pelle. On retrouve d’autres fruits exotiques (noix de coco …) ainsi que de la fraîcheur mentholée-solvantée et de la vanille. Le nez est plutôt encourageant. En bouche, l’attaque est douce et agréable. C’est moins sur les fruits tropicaux mais plus sur les fruits confits et les zestes d’agrumes. Mais on retrouve le funky de la Jamaïque, de la réglisse et un effet « médicament ». La finale est plutôt réussie. On garde du jolis boisé en bouche, des épices et le tout agrémenté d’eucalyptus. Jolie assemblage pour s’ouvrir à la Jamaïque. Quelques degré en plus lui aurait permis d’élargir encore plus la palette aromatique mais c’est plutôt réussi je trouve !
