13 yo. Ex bourbon. Column. Really good one.

A very vibrant Belize rum, with the typical vanilla/wood/grilled coconut aromas revolving around a sweet warm abricot jam toast. A real candy!

Looking at the price tag you get a lot for your money with this release. A very fruity and sweet rum with some spices and nice roasted wood. The caramel in the profile could have been a bit more subtle, but some like it 😊 The empty glass is really nice and has even stronger flavours.

Good Belize, but nothing spectacular.

Nose: strong lost banana, wood, vanillaMouth: alcohol largely well integrated, burns slightly on the first sip, but thereafter largely gentle, woody, bitter, less fruity. Finish: maximum notice, warming, not special. Can be drunk away quite well, but is nothing complex/special. Do not buy again
