03.01.2020 In a cottage with friends for the weekend with a few bottles of rum. Notes: Dark in colour. Nose: Wood, roasted, rubber, tar, cherry, mint, light caramel. Palate: Oily, wood, roasted, rubber, light tar, dried fruit, vegetal, dry. Finish: Long and dry, wood, light nutts, light smoke, cherry, rubber, tar.

Crosstasting 1997er Caronis aus kontinentaler Lagerung: Ausdruckstarker Caroni mit präsentem HTR-Profil. Alkohol erkennbar, ohne finale Ausgewogenheit - die fehlende Balance kostet ein paar Bewertungspunkte.
