Ti'punch drinkers, this is squarely aimed at you. A white agricole from Martinique built on fresh sugarcane, floral and citrus notes, with a herbal, peppery edge. One taster called it milder and less grassy than other Martinique blancs, which makes it easy to enjoy. A couple noticed the tropical fruit fades once it hits the palate.

A nice nose but a palate that loses all the tropical fruits.

I had this to compare it with a different white Agricole, and found that while they (white Agricoles) all share the sweet sugarcane syrupy characteristics, there are still lots of differences. Of the two variants I question, this was more mild (sure, it was open much longer than the sample) and much more herbal in the taste.
