Cigar and rum tasting today. No tasting notes as we just enjoyed the afternoon talking. Brilliant unaged rum, one of the best that I have tasted so far.

A superb clairin, with a very vegetal nose of sugarcane and a hint of fermentation. On the palate, sugar dominates, with a hint of aniseed that adds freshness. One of the best (perhaps the best?) clairins I've ever tasted 😋
