Reviewing this purely as a cocktail rum which is what it’s meant to be. Not a huge fan of this for the same reason I’m not a fan of Bacardi carta blanca. It has been so stripped of any flavor to make it a “vodka rum” that it actually becomes less useful in mixology. Good drinks work with flavors and need flavors from all ingredients. This attempt at annihilating flavor actually makes mixwork with it less interesting and makes it join an already very crowded and boring field of filtered-to-death rums. A pointless rum.
