Unfortunately not my cup of tea. On the nose, it's still fun with nice notes of green apple, caramel and wood. The taste is then almost exclusively woody, bitter, relatively alcoholic and not well integrated, there is some pear and a lot of strong black coffee grounds. Overall, however, too alcoholic and not complex enough for me...

#7249 07.09.2026 Back from Holland and back to running samples. Listening to some nice trance tracks on Spotify. Decent rum with an OK price tag in my mind. Funky profile with overripe fruits, ester, glue, olive, salt, chocolate, caramel, roasted wood and some tannins. Needs to rest for a while before you give it a go.
