On the palate, smoky wood and fruit lead into spice and a little nut, with a long warm finish. The catch several tasters flag is that the 53% alcohol isn't fully tucked in, and the body runs thin.

I find this rum underrated, like most Worthy Parks. Nice nose consisting of vanilla, oak, and citrus fruits. On the palate also citrus fruits and light notes of almonds, smoke, and brown sugar. Delicious.

Solid Worthy Park. One of the better ones for me but I still won't become a real fan of Worthy Park 😅

For me, this remains a rather disappointing Worthy Park even on the fourth tasting and therefore also one of the weaker bottlings from Cave Guildive. The palate is unfortunately quite thin, which unfortunately leaves too much room for the not particularly convincingly integrated alcohol. The bottom line is that it lacks some of the otherwise typical aromatic power, which is why I am more at home with other WP bottlings.

A very fruity nose, fresh fruits and overripe fruits. Some tamed esters, a vegetal side, well-integrated wood and alcohol a bit too present. The first palate is both a bit diluted and alcoholic, then the fruits and wood come up. But it's quite far from the nose, less complexity and especially less balance. Fig arrives in the finish then everything turns into fig eau-de-vie.

This is a pretty good Cave Guildive and I like it. Price to quality is pretty good. The nose is fruity with smoky wood and some nice vanilla. The palate has smoky wood and fruits trailed by spices and nuts. The finish is long and warm with smoky wood, spices and dried fruit.
