Toffee und Vanille sind hier nicht zu finden, dafür aber Limetten. Der Gaumen bestätigt den Alkoholgehalt der Nase nicht – gut eingebundener Alkohol mit sehr präsenten Noten von Äpfel, Ananas und Bananen. Pflanzlichen und medizinischen Aromen sind auch hier zu finden. Durch das höhere Ester-Empfinden und den größeren Obstkorb gestaltet sich der Abgang auch etwas länger. Ein wuchtiger Körper mit gut eingebundem Alkohol und trotzdem ein breites Fruchtaromenprofil macht diesen Rum zu meinem Favorit im Crosstasting zwischen ähnlichen Abfüllungen aus dem Batch. 83 Punkte
