On my Barbados trip in 2016, I was able to buy a small bottle of this rum at the Visitor Center in Bridgetown. Even back then, the Mauby Rum was not exported. Unfortunately, on my trip to Barbados this year, I couldn't get it again, so the enjoyment of this rum ends with this glass. On one hand, you recognize the typical citrus-like Mount Gay profile. Unusually, very intense herbal aromas that almost remind one of a herbal liqueur. Besides that, there are tones of bitter oranges and Coca-Cola. A surprise.
