Un cote très végétal avec de la cellulose voir du foin. On a aussi des notes fermentaires/levures. Quelques fruits pas très murs font leur apparition a la bouche. Tout en se fondant avec le reste la finale est sur la regglisse, poivre et autres épices

Un rhum que j'adore, incroyable rapport qualité prix, de déguste seul. Une vraie pépite ! Nez gourmand, on sent la canne avec quelques touches acidulée (citron vert ?). Vif en bouche, très pâtissier, enrobe bien la bouche, on retrouve les notes acidulées / amande, un peu gâteau basque. S'efface pour laisser une impression d'automne : feuille morte / foin. Assez belle longueur.

Je le trouve un peu plat et fade. Goûté chez moi en aveugle contre un coeur de canne Favorite. Nez pauvre, qui s'ouvre un peu sur le citron après un temps d'aération. Bouche: texture grasse très agréable avec de la sucrosité, mais assez plat... Longueur courte. Donc agréable mais peu intéressant et trop pauvre à mon goût.
