... Enmore - drive destilerka, nyni uz jen funkcni destilacni zarizeni. Patrne jedine drevene destilacni zarizeni na svete, ktere se tesi velke oblibe. Rumy Enmore totiz maji prichut popelu, kuze, tezkeho dreva, coz nadchne zejmena milovniky nakourenych whisky. A pokud tradicnim Guyanskym zpusobem prida vyrobce do rumu trochu melasy, mate v lahvi unikatni velmi vyrazny a tezky rum. Jeden z mych oblibenych.

Jemný kulatý a komplexní kousek ze starých zásob z guyany. Sladší profil se spoustou čokolády, koření kávy a kůže. V chuti by to sneslo méně ředění, ale to se u starších plnění ( lahvováno před delší dobou ) se to tak prostě dělalo.

04.03.2017 Whiskymessen by whisky.dk with a few friends and also trying some whisky samples. Notes. Very nice rum with well integrated wood and ABV. Round oily palate with medium to long finish.
