Really awesome HSE Single Cask. The 21 years come through really well, the rum is very tasty, very dense and full-bodied, and the 47.8% work incredibly well. What’s special about the HSE Single Casks is probably also the choice of Cognac barrels – they definitely provide a very pleasantly smooth mouthfeel.
