During my recent visit to St. Nicholas Abbey together with some other Swedes I was offered a glas of it from Simon Warren from an unlabeled bottle, at the tasting station outside the shop, after our official VIP tasting with Larry Warren. Overall so aromatic, complex and delicious that I had to bring a bottle back home. The nose is round, sweet, fresh and fruity with scents of honey and banana. At the palate it’s full bodied, sweet, fruity, spicy and nutty with flavors of honey, banana, raspberry, peppers, vanilla and almonds. The finish is rather long thanks to the 60%.
