Tante Hilde Strawberry Rum
Pour this in a daiquiri or mojito, not a tasting glass. Neat, the rum mostly disappears: you get a clear hit of strawberry on the nose, then a dry, light, slightly spirity sip with little body behind it. A few tasters found it thin and a touch bitter on its own, but mixed with strawberry it's a fun summer drink that's "mal was anderes."

Von dem Rum selber merkt man nicht viel, schmeckt ein bisschen wie Erdbeeren im Winter: kaum Aroma, nicht süß. Der Inhalt meiner Flasche hat laut handschriftlichem Vermerk auf dem Etikett nur 35% Alkohol.
