A really interesting rum, a piece of history. A low abv Demerara but this doesn't harm it's taste, still full bodied and rich
This one was a bit disappointing actually. I had expected far more.The nose is light and fruity with smoky wood, coffee, chocolate and caramel. Leave the empty glass and the flavours really come out.The palate is also light, sweet and fruity with smoke wood, vanilla and a hint of coffee.The finish is short and light with wood and raisin.Price to quality not very good on this one.
Very restrained, light Demerara rum. Almost too sweet.
