Le rhum Isautier Barrik est un rhum de mélasse jeune. Au nez, le côté caramélisé est prédominant. Il est néanmoins doux et peu expressif. En bouche, le caramel est toujours présent, et on le retrouve également dans la finale ( trop courte ) En résumé, cet isautier pêche un peu par sa jeunesse. Cependant sa finesse est intéressante.
