Isautier Barrik rum is a young molasses rum. On the nose, the caramelized side is predominant. It is nevertheless soft and not very expressive. On the palate, the caramel is still present, and it is also found in the finish (too short). In summary, this Isautier suffers a bit from its youth. However, its finesse is interesting.
