Fans of Spanish-style rums who want a higher-ABV, lightly sweet sipper with dark chocolate and fruity notes rather than heavy funk or extreme complexity.
Those sensitive to alcohol heat or expecting a rich, sweet dessert rum; also not ideal for beginners coming from soft 40% Panamanian bottlings.

This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) This is a very nice Panamanian rum that has a kick to it in the finish.

A classic representative of the Spanish style. Very good, light sipping rum. Slightly sweet with lots of chocolate, then fruity again on the finish.
