The 57% gives it some sting. It’s a great rum that’s flavorful, quite smooth and very complex with a rather long finish. I really like that Worthy Park now produce rum under own label.

At first sniff, quite a clear low-ester Jamaican. On the palate, fruit shows from the start – this time more apples than something tropical, and the higher ABV is very pleasantly integrated. Medium-long finish.

Jamaica without Hampden Tasting: Really good bottling with "low" ABV. Lots of tropical fruits, esters, wood and various spices. However, somewhat sharp/alcoholic on the nose and palate, so it doesn't quite make it. Should have been aged longer.

A lot of Apple on the nose with a cidery touch. 2024: Three years since last tasting and I like it and raise ita bit. I’m missing this taste profile in my rum collection though so need to find something similar.
