Still a little fruity on the nose, but then with a very full-bodied Demerara profile on the palate with rich dried fruit, some spice, wood and heavy sweetness. A poem, aromatic richness, oily, dense, impressive.

A very successful rum with a fine balance of sweetness and spice. Notes of vanilla, caramel and subtle spices characterize the profile. The rum shows typical characteristics of its distillery with a pleasant woody note and a hint of dried fruit.

Another old tasting where I have notes. Beautiful colour with nice fruit and roasted wood notes. Well balanced and very good ABV integration.

There is a hint of fresh beechnuts that bring a nuttiness, with some pear, karamell and wood. On the palate some herbs add to very vibrant young wood. The finish is really the star here. dry without being adstringent. very complex at the end. great!
