A pot-still white rum from Scotland with more going on than most unaged rums. What a rum from bonny Scotland . This shows that a light rum can be fantastic in flavour depth.the nose starts as pepper and cloves then moves into vanilla and creams . Different but an excellant rum to have in your cabinet at home .

Unadulterated quality rum from an interesting distillery. It’s not complex but it does well as a straight forward profile. It’s fresh (maybe green peppers and minty note), soft, a little sweet and spicy. Tasty sipped neat.
