Al naso è intenso e ricco con vernice, legno, frutti rossi e tropicali, zucchero bruciato, pelle e spezie, rappresenta appieno il profilo tipico e la personalità della distilleria. Al palato è corposo e molto rotondo, tendente al secco con frutti rossi acerbi, legno, pelle, spezie e una nota dolce sul finale che persiste a lungo, ma nel retrogusto prevale il legno, davvero squisito e all'altezza dei prodotti più recenti nonostante abbia solo 45%
