Bologne Black Cane Blanc, after 48h of fermentation “the vesou” is distilled in the distillery’s copper Savalle column whereafter it’s slowly reduced from 70 to 50%. Overall a very smooth, elegant and almost luxurious Agricole Blanc. Actually one of the best I’ve tasted for a long time.

This rhum agricole comes from the island of Guadeloupe. I don't taste much difference to the agricoles from Martinique. The nose is inviting, with hints of fruit, sugar cane, floral notes and some spices. The taste is round and corresponds to the nose, with a little alc. Spiciness. The finish is long with a slight grassy note in the background. This Rhum Agricole comes close to the Ti Fle Ble from Dillon, hence the high score. The Ti Punch is also very good👍
