Blind I would never have guessed Cuba here. Absolutely crazy, super intense note of overripe banana, green fermented grapes, rose, vinegar, light vanilla and vinegar caress and green apple... this could also have been a young Jamaican or Fiji rum... crazy! Overall for me personally a bit too sour and vinegar-heavy. But for a Cuban really crazy and something completely different!
