This rum offers a nice nose. Quite pleasant on the palate, the sharpness is well integrated and underlines the character. The finish is short, yet slightly dry. A good representative of its kind 🥃.

An 18-year-old rum with a nose of prunes and dried fruits in addition to caramel. The palate highlights notes of roast, cedar, and plum. The finish is quite long with roast, vanilla, and cedar. A rum much better than the 7, 8, 12 years because it has much more aromas and complexity.

First of all, damn delicious rum. You taste a slight armchair, but it fits exactly as it should. Tastes slightly of vanilla and caramel. For a 40% one, a damn strong rum.

Good rum, mild and round in taste with a somewhat longer finish. Caramel, wood, a subtle sweetness and some dried fruit flavors recognizable. In the finish, the sweetness fades quickly and a complex, woody fruity taste fills the mouth. An 18-year blend to enjoy.

A sweet, supposedly unsweetened sweet rum. I can't describe it any other way. The rum is good at what it does... keeping it simple and accessible. Not bad for beginners. But then please buy a bottle of El Dorado 12 instead.

Good rum with strong sharpness, hard to classify. Opened fresh and needed a lot of breathing. Sharp but still delicious sweetness and great taste. Difficult to classify currently, certainly better than Botucal. Rating may need adjustment.
