It's a strange beast: medicinal, mineral and rubbery with a burnt-plastic edge from the local limestone water, plus a little salinity. One taster still found sour honey and fruit underneath. A few felt let down that 45% leaves it a touch watery and short.

Tohle je jeden z krásných příkladů, proč říkám, že je rum nejkreativnější alkohol ze všech co se nabízené palety chutí a vůní týče. To, co s chutí dokázala udělat vápenitá voda použitá k doředění je neuvěřitelné. Ochutnat by měl každý, chutnat bude málokomu.

Color - even if it’s 10 years old, it’s light yellow, like white wine. The taste is unusual - for rum. It reminds me some old sour honey - sweet, old, mineral and medicinal… I don’t feel rubber, but more like fruits. The end is quite fast, bitter with woody tones. Personal note - interesting for degustations, not for regular drinking.

Well, I was expected sth crazy. But nothing came. Its smooth because of low abv., very fruity and fresh lemon with metallic tone. I can drink it all night long. But its quite watery.

This is once again another unicorn in the rum world and it was such a weirdly satisfying experience that I had to buy a bottle. Very technical, like burnt plastic, mineral, because of the local water, medicinal and herbal, but you can still get behind this i taste something traditional like caramel and fruits.

Zajímavá "slabost" tomu dává nový rozměr. Škoda slabší voltáže, mit to o 10% víc byla by to pecka. Takhle dobrej a zajímavej rum...
