Warm and fruity (candied fruits), with lots of sweet vanilla and caramel all on a corner of brioche. A fantastic addition or finish to the 5 o'clock tea. Actually too sweet for the evening.

Amber colored. Smells of alcohol, raisins and citrus fruits. Taste then caramel, heavy sweetness with spices and almonds. The taste doesn't stay long on the tongue. Mostly sweet, so rather in small amounts.

05.12.2025 Day 5 of my Christmas Calendar and I still find it very sweet with nice floral and strong caramel and vanilla notes. I will once again need something else to clean my palate after this one. ---------- The sweetness just keeps on coming and my throat is getting sticky 😅

7,2:The nose is very fruity and quite gourmand, with sweet-spiced orange peel liqueur. The citrus's oily side brings its share of bitterness, immediately counterbalanced by the roundness of a rum one imagines to be thick and sticky. Aeration transports us alongside a buttery, gently spicy cake batter. It begins to caramelize over time, without losing its orange nuances. 6,9:The palate is round, offering the texture and aromas of the cake batter encountered on the nose. In fact, a slight powderiness is felt on the attack, reminiscent of a ready-to-bake cookie, powdered sugar or dry cake soaked in orange rum syrup. Sweet spices are also present, becoming more and more cooked as they settle on the palate. 6,8:The finish is greedy and round, like a bitter orange liqueur..

On the nose fruity-chocolaty. On the palate apricot, banana, and chocolate notes. Slight pleasant sharpness in the finish. One of the better ones from A.H. Riise even though it was sweetened again here.

If you have a taste for another SWEET Riise rum, here you get the taste of pineapple, banana and milk chocolate, which will surprise your taste buds! - to my taste, very sweet and therefore only drunk in very small quantities and rarely 😉

Very characteristical. Essentially A.H. Riise tastes and smells the same. There are small nuances here and there but the core taste and smell is the same. The smell is nice, very signature like but the taste is waaaay too sweet. From time to time it is good liqueur but I cannot think of drinking more than 2 shots.

On the nose immediately vanilla with fruit. On the palate toffee and chocolate. In the medium-long finish, slight plum and milk chocolate.

Sehr gefällig aber für so einen süsen Rum nicht unangenehm. Alkohol ist kurz eingebunden aber bemerkbar. Kann man mal haben. Gut für Einsteiger geeignet. Gefällt mir besser als die meisten von A.H Riise. Preislich schon Recht teuer für so ein Bonboz

A more fruity nose than the regular Danish Navy and the Naval Cadet. Pineapple. The taste is very similar to those other two, with candied orange peel or lemonade. Less spicy. Too artificially sweet unfortunately.
