18.11.2005 at this wonderful hotel at the waterfront in Shanghai. Notes. Wonder where the bottle came from. Beautiful dark colour. Woody with herbs and spices. Nice smoky touch. Oily and warm palate and overall good balance.

Nice Rockley profile even if it is 16yo. Unfortunately just 46%, so the taste is little bit weak

Je cítit typický profil rockley 86 bohužel zahalen do mírně nadbytečné sladkosti finishem. Také je škoda zředení, ale přesto je projev komplexní a intenzivní. Spousta medu v chuti u vůni a nalznaky techničnosti.

Read full review →It definitely improves as you get more acquainted with it. It isn't quite as raw and heavy as the Rum Swedes Barbados 2000 - the Sherry finish has smoothed those notes a little but without totally masking them. I find this Rockley Still slightly better. And the score reflects this.
