Unusual but really tasty falernum for somewhat atypical Tiki drinks. Corn n oil I find tricky... but with ginger beer and lime or tarragon tonic and grapefruit very tasty!

Bought this for Cocktails, but it is nice if one wants something for a special occasion on Christmas. Thick, sweet and syrupy, ends quite hot thanks to the ginger notes.

I tested 4 Falernums. Belle Booze takes first place for me in taste. It is sweet, fruity, spicy and very balanced. Great with tonic water, neat on ice and in cocktails. Taylor's Velvet is significantly cheaper and my value-for-money winner. I always have both at home. I don't need more Falernum. The Bitter Truth Golden Falernum and the one from Revolte are somewhat inferior.
