Saw it on the shelf in a pub, didn't know it, ordered it. The profile is predictably with chocolate, wood, caramel, unfortunately somewhat flat or boring. Still positively surprised because the origin would suggest something sweeter.

Pretty good stuff for it's price (like 35/40€,). Enjoyable sipper. Decent not too sweet blend. Notable but not overpowering brandy finish.

Read full review →This rum quite reminds me of the popular Plantation XO. It's an interesting combination of wood, tropical fruit, coconut, and chocolate. However, it's not sweetened at all.
