Bought three different Rivière du Mat, produced in Reunion, during my drive down to Spain. The first I taste is this one, a traditional Rhum Ambre with a second aging in Bourbon Casks. Haven’t found out the aging, but I suppose 12-18 months as for most Ambre. Overall a quite OK rum but too bland.
