I tasted this one again after some time. After I found it back in the rum cabinet. Seems it did him good, after the sample bottle was opened for over a year. I find it now much rounder and the aromas come out much clearer. That’s why I will raise it a bit more. Great rum. Keep it up Simon.

Simon’s shows again the No. 1 rum in Germany here. Mega bouquet on the nose with cherry (or sherry 🙂) and taste and finish are amazing, always accompanied by cherry 👍 great product
