T.D.L Zaya Rum Gran Reserva 12 Year Old
A newcomer-friendly, dessert‑style 12‑year molasses rum at 40%. RumX members describe it as a very sweet vanilla bomb with smooth molasses notes, better as a relaxed sipper on ice or mixer than a complex contemplative dram.

This is a vanilla bomb! If you like the taste of vanilla, you would like this rum. It is fairly smooth drinking and would probably go well over ice. It definitely tastes like they add vanilla flavoring, in my opinion. Very sweet and not terribly complex.

Sampled over 8 years ago, and quite enjoyed the rich molasses flavors the more I sipped this one.

This is a mostly vanilla drink. It tastes like how I expected vanilla extract to taste. Not bad, probably a great mixer.
