17.06.2011 this was part of a trip our Shanghai group had arranged to visit the China Wall Reserve. We were lucky to access an area noally reserved for Chinese and it was gorgeous. Notes. Very light in colour. Nose: glue, polish, banana, light vanilla. Palate: light, polish, fruity, wood, sweet, dry. Finish: medium to long, wood, roasted, dry, fruity.

Und weiter geht's mit der Cadenhead Green Label Reihe. Unverkennbar ein Long Pond. Anfangs trotz seines niedrigen ABVs recht alkoholisch im Mund. Aber wenn man ihm ein wenig Zeit im Glas gibt, wird er um einiges geschmeidiger und entwickelt sein wahres Potenzial.
