Captain Morgan Tiki Mango & Pineapple
"Doesn't even taste like rum" pretty much sums up the mood here. At 25% ABV, this is sweet artificial pineapple and white-gummy-bear candy with a varnish edge that reviewers keep calling out. Neat it's rough and chemical; a couple of people found it drinkable only over ice with lemon soda or cola on a hot day. Think flavored drink, not rum.

How does Captain Morgan Tiki Mango & Pineapple taste?
Aggregated from 37 community reviews.
Sweet, artificial pineapple mixer, not rum-like Members are near-unanimous: too synthetic and sweet to drink neat, more of a summer mixer at best. Several warn of a nasty next-day headache if you overdo it.

For God's sake, what is that? It's actually undrinkable neat, it's somewhat drinkable with cola, but it doesn't work neat, it tastes far too artificial. Otherwise, of course, we only have sweet pineapple in the taste.

Oh leak, er, varnish. You think you know what you're getting into here, but no. Smells like the break room at the Bauhaus, where tipped paint and a bag of white (pineapple) jelly babies meet. On the radiator. Sixth day on level 5, awful. Despite only 25% and lots of sugar, there is an impressive alcoholic sharpness on the table. Not much more than white gummy bears happens here. As a collabo with Haribo, this would be a big hit in the supermarket (don't try it, I've already sent an email to both). Surprisingly, it's really fun with soda (as recommended on the bottle) and 'works'. Better than a Disco Cuba Libre at any rate. Drop your personal integrity and it might even be fun. At least until the hangover the next day, because it's likely to be nasty.

This is an example of the rubbish hitting the UK supermarkets that means rum shelves are multi coloured awful ... Dishwasher water

Actually just a pure mixer, hardly enjoyable on its own. But with lemonade it's a great thirst quencher on hot days. But if you have too much of it, you'll get an extreme headache the next day.
