A rum like 15 year old Mulata that on taste reminds me of Caroni with those strong notes of barrel and tar. Really interesting with very good potential sin the light finish. Light hints of spices, roasting and chocolate, however well integrated. At the moment it comes 130 euros and because of such a fleeting finish I wouldn't know if it would merit purchase.

Significantly better than the predecessor Corman Collins Navy blend. The Caroni component seems to be more dominant here, due to the intense tar and cola, as well as tropical fruit notes. Worthy Park also comes through somewhat. All in all, an interesting blend, but it could be much more balanced and instead comes across as somewhat biting and unbalanced overall...

A nose of Jamaica (rum raisins, banana flambé) with a touch of Guyana that adds body and sweetness (candied sugar, old varnished wood, vanilla). Some hints of a machine shop. The palate is soft and expressive, the aromas rising in perfect balance. The finish is balanced, long and delicious. A delicious, well-balanced rum, even if the Caroni aromas are not very pronounced. To my taste, more balanced than its 53.9% Corman brother.

Appealing Navy rum with a pleasant caramel melt over a fairly intense profile marked by wood, dark spices and heavy fruit aromas. The sweetness smooths the waves a bit without taking away the expressiveness of the other aromas. Successful blend, but for the highest Navy honors it lacks a bit of balance.

Inviting nose. Dirty notes and fruit, quite sweet on the palate. Good portion of Clarendon on the palate. Guyana comes through in the finish.

Very very good. Complex and complete, all very well balanced. Doesn't have anything to envy to its counterpart, the Tiger Shark, for which I have a slight preference, but I was the only one to think so in the group.

Quite a complex rum. Jamaica has taken over the blend. Fruity, round, spicy and woody. All in the right balance.

Excellent navy, very indulgent. A model of balance. The 3 origins complement and combine perfectly. The fruitiness perfectly counterbalances the heavier and spicier notes of Guyana.

I warn that I tasted this rum just after opening the bottle, to be revisited after 2 months of airing. This rum is for me a play in 3 acts... Act 1 the nose that takes you to Jamaica with its typical fruitiness. Act 2 the palate, which for a few seconds transports you directly to Caroni then to a lighter Trinidad. Act 3 an end of palate and finish that ends on typical Guyana, caramelized, cooked fruits... moderately long but strong. A superb discovery that I can't wait to rediscover in 2 months, it already promises to be excellent! Really good value for money.

Delicious, complex blend where the Trinidad 🇹🇹 and Guyana 🇬🇾 notes prevail. Interesting is the alcohol content for a Navy, which is excellently integrated. A mild, long finish with chocolate and honey rounds off the picture.

A nose clearly dominated by the dying port. On the palate first a heavy TDL, a bit smoky, which saves the blend, otherwise everything else is dying port, which I don't appreciate. But where is Jamaica? Long finish on Guyana.
