One of the first ,,better rums,, I have tasted around 7-8 years ago. This is a reminder but I still have a fond memories of trying this one out at wedding. It was well balanced not too sweet, not too spicy eventhough this is a spiced rum. It is not available anymore, at least not under Oakheart brand.

Künstliche Noten und intensive, auch interessante Aromen an Nase und Gaumen dadurch, dass er „Spiced“ ist. Im Abgang leicht rauchig. Jedenfalls nicht langweilig.

Sehr butterig in der Nase, haarscharf an 'überladen' dran und kurz vor'm Likör. Dennoch überraschend angenehm und weit weg von Gedöns wie Don Papa. Pur weniger süß als erwartet. Enorm viel Vanille, aber die likörige Pappigkeit bleibt aus. Stattdessen fügt sich ab der Mitte eine stark geröstete Note ein. Mag ich. In Sachen Spiced dürfte das auch preislich die Benchmark sein dass die Kategorie kein Totalausfall sein muss.
