For a permanent range rum, this Depaz has a lot to offer. The nose is adorned with vegetal and floral notes, notably sugarcane, before giving way to woody aromas, mild spices, peppers and dried fruits. It's both simple, effective and quite complete. The attack on the palate is more indulgent. The spices (cinnamon, vanilla, pepper) mingle with nuts, dark chocolate, dried fruits and exotic fruits for a soft and well-built profile. Although it is only 41% alcohol, the rum remains expressive and very tasty. The finish, of a suitable length, is also not left behind. Dried, exotic and candied fruits, wood, spices, leather, coffee and vegetal notes combine to leave a very pleasant last impression in the mouth. For its positioning, this Depaz is a safe bet that will delight more than one, at a price as gentle as its profile.

Very fruity and floral on the nose and palate (white grape, pineapple, local apricot), a big sweetness, notes of fresh cane, a finish with a very light woodiness.
