A really good Grand Arôme and well worth the price tag. Well balanced and fruity with nice spices and a warm palate. Nice and intense on the nose and palate. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some pastry notes.

Good Grand Arôme, somewhat toasty, moreover, the Hochester profile lacks the expressiveness of other Savanna GAs. But that is criticism at a high level, the rum remains a very fine drop.

Great aromatic power. A superb rum. To be noted: the maturation in Cognac barrel has marked the rum by its typical aromas of old leather. I like it but it is very personal.

very nice relaxed Grand Arome... Raspberry, strawberry, apple and cinnamon, discreet juniper and honey.taste a pleasant acidity of apples, currants, raspberries with oranges and lemon zest, plus some mace, green cardamom and wood, then in the finish cinnamon, raspberry, sandalwood and sour lemon.
