An excellent spirit, but not necessarily a good rum. Even though the product is very well balanced, it loses its agricultural notes. It borders on AOC in my opinion. However (and that's the point), it offers a real cocktail option, even for long drinks.

The aroma is first woody, then the Agricole smell comes to the fore. This is joined by some smoke and whiskey. Smoke and whiskey are also present in the taste, wood and later some Agricole flavor. The finish is relatively long and dry. Again, a good rhum from Trois Rivieres....

Das ungereifte Destillat kommt noch deutlich durch. Spürbar junger und lebendiger Rum. Durchaus genießbar. Kann man mal machen.

Shopbesuch Rum Paradise Hamburg April 2025. Hier haben wir einen eher durchschnittlichen Agricole. Agricole lässt sich in der Nase und am Gaumen erkennen, außerdem ist er holzig und rauchig. Am Gaumen kommt dann noch eine Whiskynote hinzu.
