The rating refers exclusively to the use in Caipi! Absolutely awesome stuff, fruity, olives, fresh... best Caipi so far. Also great neat, but there I could only give it 7+ because compared to Clairin or Agricole it has fewer edges and less complexity.

This cachaça doesn't really suit my taste. Has a slight fruity note, otherwise in my opinion it just tastes alcoholic. This alcoholic taste lingers quite long in the mouth.

I'm not useallly cahaca fan but this stuff is delicious, very fruity flavours of a white style rum.i was bought it for a present and will probably restock it into my rum cupboard as it's something different.
