Go on girl give us nothing. Processed vanilla cake (think Twinkie) on the nose and a vacuous, uninteresting sweetness on the palate. Maybe a bit of banana, but to compare it to worthy park would be a hate crime. Inoffensive and uninteresting.

Tasted this rum when I visited Saint Lucia Distillers (SLD) recently. The nose is fruity and spicy with scents of butter, butterscotch, raisins, vanilla, dried and candied fruit. At the palate it’s soft, balanced, fruity and spicy with flavors of raisins, honey and vanilla. The finish is medium long.

Very capable distillery but a pretty poor rum. The best thing I can say is that it isn’t spiced. It is thin and alcoholic. The flavours seem a little artificial but may well not be. There is honey, vanilla and spice and a flowery note. Also lost and a nothingness in Pepsi max.
