19. 01.2019 A nice evening with colleagues from all over Denmark. Notes. Medium dark colour. Nose: fresh, wood, light roasted, light ester, pineapple, fruity. Palate: fresh, wood, sweet, pineapple, medium dry, olive. Finish: medium to long, dry, wood, spicy, fruity.

Great Savanna tasting with Artur. Fermented vegetal on the nose, honeyed sweetness, beautiful intense fruits and marked wood. The entry on the palate is pleasant and original, fruits and a nice sweetness. However, the wood is too pronounced which is rare for Savanna. The finish is long, with nice acidity and still wood.
