Sour apple and vegetal on the nose with vermouth, reminds me of Green Chartreuse. The palate is soft with still some vermouth. The aromas crumble and the finish is a bit short. But the vegetal note lingers quite long. The empty glass brings different aromas with a slightly lemony side. A quiet river winds among tall grasses.

Yesterday we had a great evening in my friends man-cave. Lots of laughter and wonderful rums. A very nice rum where you're never doubting that it's an Agricole.

Agricole? Really? I wouldn't have guessed. Neither on the nose nor on the palate. For me, this thing is not rated that high but still a good rum. Surprised but also happy to try it.

Overall more restrained and with less fruit and consequently less complexity than the 75, but on the other hand a bit rounder alcohol integration.
