TRC Diamond (Port Mourant) Guyana MPM 2008
People already deep into Port Mourant funk are the ones who'll get this. One taster called it a "very naked spirit" — barely any oak, just dry, crisp pot-still character that turns to burnt wood, dark chocolate and a long bitter finish. The 62.2% alcohol sits right up front. Several Guyana fans found it too raw and "dirty," not their favorite from this bottler.
- Classic Port Mourant
- Long bitter finish
- Dry, crisp spirit

Quite tangy on the nose but quite a board on the palate!
Review by Thunderbird

Classic Port Mourant in the nose. No oak. Just spirit. Dry, light and crisp. Strangely not much alcohol burn. Not unpleasant but also a bit underwelming. Good example of a very naked spirit.
Review by Daniel
