Not a bad column still expression. However, it’s just not really exciting to me personally while the alcohol is a little to pronounced.

I am not a fan of Spanish style, but I notice that Westerhall knows how to age rum. It's not very complex, but does it's part well. The rum really profits from its higher proof.

Nice Spanish style rum with power. A little too round for me.

I haven't tasted that many rums from Grenada, but this one is OK and the price to quality is very good. The nose is very fruity with wood and toffee trailed by vanilla and nuts. The palate is equally fruity with wood and vanilla trailed by toffee and nuts The finish is long and fruity with spices, nuts and wood.
Review by Christoph
Had I tasted it blind, I would have guessed something slightly chocolaty from Panama. The fruits are in the background. The rum is slightly woody. Unfortunately, the alcoholic aftertaste and in the nose is then too intense.
