20.01.2007 Element Fresh, Xintiandi in Shanghai. This area of shanghai is beautiful with a lot of old buildings, at least it was when I lived in Shanghai. Notes. Very light in colour. Fresh and fruity profile with roasted wood and spices. The palate is warm and has light tobacco and citrus. Finish is medium to long and fruity with roasted wood. This was a small tasting of only two rums but we had a great time.
