Superb mouthfeel and elegance.

Confusing, very vegetal on the nose, then comes the sugar cane and finally a peppery note. On the palate, it is well present but the 55 degrees are well integrated. You can feel the sugar cane and? I can't quite put my finger on it... A nice finish, long for a white rum, and at the end an earthy note. I like it a lot.
