Emptied a bottle of this when in Kitzbuhl for a skiing vacation as a teenager. It’s only useful as a mixer when you want to go party, party, party and doesn’t care what you’re drinking.

5:On the nose, the power impresses. You have to be careful what you taste. Caramel reigns, well colored, the sugar cooked to exhaustion and flowing into a well-packed espresso. Molasses and nuts mingle quite naturally, with some spice.Well, the base is Jamaican, for sure.... 3:On the palate, the attack is powerful, leaving a strong caramelized trace with some herbaceous touch, perhaps candied, nutty, there is some spice, the molasses is thick. 3,8:The finish is a little bit better, dry, some Jamaican could be traced underneath again, caramel, herbs and spices, with a little wood.

Short trip Bregenz June 2025. Rate this one a notch better than the Inländer rums from Felser. But this is also nothing to drink neat or mixed, probably only intended for baking. It also tastes almost exclusively of petrol.
