I tasted it directly at the distillery. I was very surprised to find such a good rum in Australia, especially when you compare it to the classic, spirituous, run-of-the-mill Bundaberg. It is a very successful, drinkable, mild, and pleasant rum. According to the distillery, they also wanted to win some awards and show that they can do it, and they succeeded with this rum. A simple, very pleasant, enjoyable drinking rum. I was surprised and thrilled and always look forward to touching the bottle and having some again.
